Crooks Books has been looking after the accounts of local businesses for 20 years. Over that time HMRC's rules have changed again and again, and we've kept up with every change. We know the system well, and we use that knowledge to make sure you pay the tax you owe and not a penny more.
We look for savings in every part of your finances, not only at the end of the year when the accounts are due. That includes how you pay yourself, what expenses you can claim and how your business is set up.

Are you qualified accountants?
Yes, we're fully qualified. Your books, returns and accounts are handled by people with the training and experience to get them right.
Will I deal with the same people each time?
Yes. We're a small, independent team, so you'll get to know us and we'll get to know your business. You won't have to explain yourself to someone new every time you call.
How do your fees work?
We charge fixed fees, or a monthly package if you'd prefer to spread the cost. We agree the price with you before any work starts, so you know exactly what you'll pay.
Is it difficult to switch from my current accountant?
