Our contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number (if you want to give it) and your message. We also note which page you sent it from and how you found our website, for example through Google.
We use these details to reply to you and, if you decide to go ahead, to do what you've asked us to. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and on taking the steps you've asked for before any agreement.
We don't sell your details or pass them to anyone for marketing, and we won't add you to a mailing list.
Who looks after it for us
This website is built and run for us by Monthly Webs, who store enquiries for us on secure servers in London. A copy of your message may also be emailed to us.
How long we keep it
We keep your message only as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows from it.
Visits to this website
We count visits to see which pages are useful and how people find us. This doesn't use cookies and doesn't store your IP address. A code that changes every day lets us count visitors without knowing who they are, and we note which pages are viewed and the website or search engine that sent you.
This website doesn't use cookies.
